USGBC-MN Dynamic Green Homes are partnerships between the Frogtown Community Development Corporation and the Minnesota Chapter of the US Green Building Council. USGBC-MN connected local volunteers and industry experts to help rehabilitate 2 foreclosed homes in St. Paul, Minnesota. Companies like Hirshfields (No-VOC paint) and Andersen Windows (ENERGYSTAR windows) contributed to the homes, helping attain Greenstar and Minnesota Green Communities Certifications.
